How do you uplift one of the world’s leading airlines frequent flyer programmes, brand and visual identity to become; More luxurious, sophisticated, discerning, adventurous and slot in seamlessly within a tight master brand framework?
Well, this in essence, was the brief given to Cba Memac by Qatar Airways, when they asked us to help redevelop’ their highly established Frequent Flyer Programme, ‘Privilege Club’.
A revamped strategy of ‘Wanderlust Encouraged’ resulted in a vibrant, & sophisticated and luxurious feel that used an array of sumptuous textures and photography in-line with the airlines high value members’ and their desire to travel, be recognised and rewarded.
The redesign saw us rework all category tier names and visual language, propose and implement new die-cut member cards, create full customer membership packs & packaging ranging from the iconic burgundy, family, silver, gold, VIP Platinum and an new ultra VVIP Black tier - where the cards were made from aircraft grade carbon fibre to be hand selected and delivered in person by Qatars CEO.
A comprehensive set of guidelines were created and slotted seamlessly into the brands global guidelines.
The project has since been developed and elements from the club migrated and adopted by the master brand, setting the standard throughout.
